Roy Nelson (born June 20, 1976) is an American mixed martial artist who competes in the heavyweight division. He last competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship after winning Season 10 of The Ultimate Fighter. The September 30, 2009 broadcast of his fight against Kimbo Slice, officially an exhibition, was the 2nd most-watched MMA match in U.S. history. He was also the last International Fight League Heavyweight Champion.
